The United States Playing Card Company

The United States Playing Card Company designs and manufactures playing cards for a variety of brands, their most well-known being Bicycle Brand.

Key Responsibilities:Playing Card and Packaging Graphics My role revolved around designing four original Bicycle-branded card decks and tuck cases around a variety of concepts, all proposed for Fall 2026 (one of which will be produced and sold in the spring of 2026!) Additionally, I updated and recolored existing decks and graphics. Display DesignI aided in a countertop card display project, creating and updating CAD models to make the display more user-friendly.

Church & Dwight

Church & Dwight is a consumer goods company that makes a variety of personal and household products with a specialty in baking soda. They have 13 “power brands,” including Arm & Hammer, Nair, and OxiClean.

Key Responsibilities:SolidWorks Modeling I became proficient in SolidWorks, where I modeled everything from laundry detergent bottles to gummy vitamins.
Physical Model Production I created a variety of models for internal testing, including 3D-printed laundry caps and bottles, as well as CNC-cut boxes.
Innovation IdeationI worked on a variety of innovation projects revolving around paper packaging, where I provided product research, sketch ideation, and Gravity Sketch explorations. Packaging GraphicsI researched current graphic trends and built upon my Adobe Illustrator skills by redesigning and modernizing existing packaging graphics for a variety of Church & Dwight products and brands.

January 2025 - May 2025I continued working with Church & Dwight part-time while back in school, focusing on packaging graphics. I updated existing graphics and created new ones for brands such as Nair, TheraBreath, and Batiste.
