How do you design a piece of furniture with an engaging personality? That’s the question I aimed to answer with this design. I wanted these chairs to bring warmth into any room with an eye-catching but unimposing form. The overall goal was to create a piece that could last both physically and emotionally for generations to come.
Design Influences
Scandinavian ModernismFormed on a belief in quality craftsmanship and the idea that beauty should enhance even the smallest accessories of life. Defined by simple, clean lines, light color palettes, and an emphasis on function.
MaximalismRooted in the philosophy of “more-is more.” Aims to blend an eclectic mix of bold colors, patterns, and textures to create joyous vibrancy and energy.
House & Garden UKCreated to “delight the eye and distract the mind,” highlights interior design trends in the UK and across the world.
